Product Description
Application:
This extrusion/ calendering production line used for produce all kinds of continuous extrusion production of rubber sheets. such as Radial tire proofing e air layer, the inner liner of bias tire, buffer layer, isolation layer, waterproofing materials, anti-corrosion lining, and conveyor belt cover extrusion.
Features:
This production line is mainly composed of pin cold feeding extruder, sheet extrusion head, then take off device, thickness measure device, extra edge cut device, storage device and cooling , let off device.
the temperature control system, electrical control elements.
This extrusion production line of high performance rubber sheet extrusion plasticizing effects. good air-tightness, and eliminate the calender for accumulation compound bubble is not easy to make sheet the poor quality of air tightness and production line with high efficiency, energy saving, space saving etc.

Advantage
1. The roller is made of chilled casting vanadium & titanium alloy iron which is hard and wear-resisting, the surface hardness is above 70degree, the surface coating is about 15mm.
2. Hard tooth gear reducer with well-design structure, low noise, high efficiency and long service life.
3. Self-aligning bearing is well matching with the bearing inside leakage-proof device. The sealers are made of high temperature,wear, oil resistance material,which have very good sealing effect.
4. All main electrics are imported, the alternating current contactor is Shilin brand. The switch and button are Taiwan Tend brand.
5. Circulating lubrication system solves the oil leakage problem. The feature of this system is easy to maintain,easy to replace.
6. This machine is installed with overload protection device which protect the machine will not broken if the machine is overload.
The machine will reverse 1/3 round when press the emergency stop button,which sure the production safety.
7. The machine base is welded by national standard I steel.
