What is AAC separating machine:
The separate machine can break every layer of aerated concrete block or plate layer and eliminate the adhesion of aerated concrete blocks or plates, It belongs to end production line. It is a special equipment which can improve the perfect quality rate of finished product.
Advantage of AAC separating machine:
Aerated concrete separating machine for vertical blank bodies still done by machinery layers from the break, the delivery end of mechanical installation in the aerated concrete products, the automatic breaking out of the program, this machine has the following advantages:
1 models of simple structure and practical, easy to install and repair;

4 body upright after both sides (600mm wide) can be cut longitudinally in the slurry blank. at the same time to complete the milling groove, do not need to configure the notch processing equipment.

Working principle:
The separating machine has a frame called Longmen, Longmen frame is provided with a motor reducer, brake, sprocket drive device and pump.
