1. Using
Traction mechanism of steaming and curing wheelbarrow is a special equipment for hooking and pushing steaming and curing wheelbarrow at come-and-go line.

3. Structure
The traction mechanism of steaming and curing wheelbarrow consists of steel wire reel, pulley group 1, pulley group 2, tension unit, hooking and pushing vehicle for steaming and curing wheelbarrow and steel wire rope, etc.
The hooking and pushing vehicle for steaming and curing wheelbarrow consists of bearing, idler wheel, hooking body, vehicle body and axis, etc.
4. Principle of work
Switch on power supply, motor will bring out steel wire reel to turn. Steel wire rope will drag the hooking and pushing vehicle for steaming and curing wheelbarrow and move on the rail through pulley group 1 and pulley group 2.
5. Trial run, maintenance
1) Trial run
Run on the rail. The run of hooking and pushing vehicle is stable.
2) Maintenance
Add 1＃colloid graphite oil agent one time every week.
6. Safety
1) Remove roadblock at rail and side.
