Denim Jeans Laser Engraving Principle:
Laser engraving, high intensity laser emitted from laser generator. Its motion curve is controlled by advanced Galvo system and CNC system. The inherent color of denim jeans appears resulting from high temperature gasification of the denim fabrics surface. Hollowing and punching process can be achieved as well. Therefore, various novel & magical patterns with different shades, different texture and layering will be come out.

Jeans Laser Engraving Machine,Working Flow Profile:
@Feeding station with the projector→3 axis dynamic galvanometer processing station→Loading station
@Feeding station with the projector: The operator put the jeans on the conveyor belt working table within the outline area of projector, press the foot switch, the machine will be feeding.
@3 axis dynamic galvanometer processing station: After feeding stop, the system automatically start processing the required design, waiting for the next feeding signal.
@Loading station: The finished engraving jeans will be loading through the conveyer belt, and loaded into container
