FEP rotary kiln can process broad range of wastes, solid or liquid, different shapes and sizes by combination of process controls on rotation speed, air, and feeding volume, etc.. Our rotary kiln incinerator has exceptional operation. The rotary furnace and body are uniquely designed without internal moving part, high capacity of heat resistance materials, the incinerator could be in operation continuously with virtually no worn out and high temperature damage.
The fed wastes are rotated inside the kiln at the temperature at least 850°C and even higher temperature which depends on the waste to to disposed at different combustion stages. This approach not only take care of quality combustion on wastes but also the complete combustion on flue gas in secondary chamber for at least 2 seconds. This secondary combustion at a higher temperature will decompose the harmful ingredients thoroughly and avoid the temperature range in which dioxin generates.
FEP rotary kiln incinerator is structurally ruggedly built with less noise and power consumption. It equipped with advanced control system. The monitor in the control room could monitor the incinerator operation. The control system automatically monitor and calculate the waste feeding rate, adjust the kiln rotation, and control the air flow and burner ignition, with which the incineration temperature and duration are precisely controlled.
