FEP uniquely designed the combined containerized incinerator. While this FEP incinerator has all the typical benefits of FEP standard containerized incinerator, it brings some extra benefits. Firstly, it boosts the disposal capacity. Thanks to the FEP modular design, the major functional blocks could be combined at various manners. Take the typical FEP “2+1” system as an example, which has two(2) combustion modules and one(1) flue gas treatment module. When the whole combined incinerator is in operation, the disposal rate is boosted; Secondly, it brings operational redundancy. With average waste inflow, one combustion module is in operation while the other is in standby mode. When extra waste inflow comes, the standby combustion module will be put into operation immediately for the boosted disposal rate, with which the irregular load condition is covered; Finally, the whole system maintains mobile and only needs two std containers for “2+1” incinerator, which is significantly more compact than those from others.
At the required disposal site, similar easy setup and preparation will make the combined containerized incinerator moves into operation quickly. Furthermore, no special groundwork is needed to place this incinerator. Upon completing the assignment, the incinerator could be quickly disconnected and container-shipped to either new disposal destination or back to where it is routinely stationed.
