JT02 butyl extruder enables melt butyl to coat the aluminum spacing frame of the insulating glass appropriately, which is designed entirely steady to make sure a stable performance during working. Electric controller with a great touch screen is adopted to make the operation easier and more convenient ; frequency conversion timing controller is used in the aluminum spacing frame transmission system in order to obtain the stepless speed change between 0 to 25 m/min; gas and fluid pressurizing driving system is used in the glue-squeezing system ,which makes the pressure more stable and enables the machine to save energy ; turning support equipment is adopted in glue-squeezing cylinder, making it more convenient when sealant is filled in, and improving the service life of the cylinder; heating time within 0—96 hours can be arbitrarily designed provided that electricity and gas can be supplied ;the work table can be adjusted within a certain range .This machine is equipped with full functions and has a stable operation as well as superior performance ,which has reached the world-class level.
