Insulating glass butyl extruder machine JT01B

 

The butyl extruder machine of JT01B type, as a semi-automatic coating machine, will be used to put the heated butyl glue onto the aluminum spacer bars of the glass. During the processing, the operator can put the spacer bars on the conveyor and then, keep them moving with the conveyor. As soon as the spacer bars touch a sensor, the driving pulley and glue valve will be started. Next, the press pulley will be moved down owing to the pressure of a cylinder, the aluminum spacer bars will be moved and be glued under the glue nozzle. Finally, when the other sides of the spacer bars almost move to the press pulley, it will move up and automatically stop its gluing operation. This equipment was designed by jointing the advanced technology from abroad and inside of China. It has advanced design, credible function, convenient maintenance,good gelatinize effect and high produce efficiency. And it’s indispensability equipment in the production of the insulating glass. In the domestic like product, the first adopts the man-machine interface display screen, it is easy to operate. Design, selection of the element and the gelatinize effect side, belong to the leading level inside if China.
