Main features:

This machine dill the hole on backside of aluminum spacer, automatic fills desiccant and seals the hole.

It adopts Siemens PLC system to control the machine.

This machine is suitable to fill the spacer bent by the automatic spacer bending machine and the manual cut spacer, it has special design which can fill triangle aluminum frame.

The filling height can be adjusted according to the size of the aluminum spacer.

It can feed the needed desiccant automatically, and the desiccant tank with heating system.

It has the unique and advanced feeding device.
