I.Outline of the product:
1. The side idler of this utility centering idler is divided into rotary carrying idler and brake idler, one end of the brake idler is hinged and another end is clamped into the long slot of side column. When the belt is biased, the biasing force brakes the idlers through the transmission of vertical roll, connecting rod and friction disc, one end of the brake idler is raised by an angle of β along the long slot to increase the positive pressure of brake idler and the belt and make the upper cross beam deflect so as to achieve the goal of bias correction.
2. Both sides of this utility centering idler are provided with guard roll, it is suitable for rubber belt conveyor running in a single direction and in two directions (reversible).
