Outline of the product:
1. This new type centering idler realizes rolling rotation of the two bearings by fixing the mandrel of upper cross beam and the base, the mating face between upper part of rotary base and rotary mandrel of upper cross beam adopts labyrinth seal, the lower part of rotary base is fitted with embedded seal ring with unidirectional backstop shoulder, the oil cavities of both bearings and upper and lower labyrinth etc. are filled with long-acting grease, the upper cross beam of the idler set can be kept permanently to rotate freely in the open air and under the environment of long-time flushing.
2. The extension rods at both sides of upper cross beam of this utility centering idler adopt precision cast removable construction, they are connected with upper cross beam with bolts and their mounting bases have holes for adjustable travel, allowing the distance between the thrust roller and edge of rubber belt to be adjustable in order to accommodate the requirements of different belt width and combined bias amount;
3. Both sides of this utility centering idler are equipped with guard rolls, its thrust roller is installed perpendicular to side idler, which greatly enhances the ability to limit the rubber belt running out of the thrust roller, meanwhile the thrust force which it receives due to belt bias is totally used for bias correction.
II.Installation notes:
1. The orientation of guard roll should be toward belt running direction (i.e. the guard roll should first contact the belt, then contact the idler);
2. The installation spacing is 10~15m.
