The rain cover is applicable in the following scope:

1. Applicable to the rainproof maintenance cover for various outdoor rubber belt conveyor and dustproof enclosed maintenance cover for indoor rubber belt conveyor etc.

2. Applicable to rain prevention, sealing, enclosure etc. of internal and external wall surface and top surface of steel structures or steel-concrete structure trestles of various ground and overhead aisle and passageway as well as rubber belt conveyor etc.

The rain cover has the following features:

1. Long service life: the raw material selects high-quality color board, both its upper and lower surface are applied with galvanized coat, chemical conversion coat, primary coat (primer), finish coat (top coat) etc. on the base of cold rolled plate, thus ensuring this rain cover can be used for up to 20 years in the aspect of raw material.

2. Good strength of cover body: the rain cover is made by pressing and rolling R8~31.5 with dedicated press to form U-shaped cover structure with a lead of 31.5mm, due to good stress performance of the arch and excellent sectional property of the rain cover, thus the strength and rigidness of rain cover are ensured with light weight and robust structure.

3. Convenient installation: Z-shaped steel equipped with the rain cover is welded to the frame of the rubber belt conveyor through the supporting fixing angle steel, the rain cover is directly spread on the Z-shaped steel, the cover body directly selects galvanized hooked bolts for locking, therefore, the installation and disassembly are very convenient.
