Economic Operation Management System V2.0 of Fixed Water Injection Ground System
The management system for economic operation of fixed oilfield water injection system is installed in a server. The information map of water injection system and static database on equipment installation and proces3 flow are established on the visualization platform of GIS diagram. The data collected by the collector and the data on daily production of single injecting well are received by local network system, by which a dynamic database on production operation is established to display the data on each node in the form of sheet or diagram for a statistical calculation of motor efficiency, water pump efficiency, efficiency of the injection station, pipe network efficiency and electric consumption of actual unit water injection.
It is used for evaluating the water injection equipment and system and analyzing the efficiency, for a simulation calculation of the pipe network system and optimizing the water injection system. By using a fixed sensor/transducer installed the collector inside the station is used for a real-time testing the full parameters of the motor input electric energy, the torque rotation speed of the motor axis output, the inlet pressure of water injection pumps, main pipeline pressure of the injection station and the data pump inlet flow mate. The users browse the data on-line by using browser for efficiency calculation, analysis and an optimized design of program.
The fixed system is based on the technique of network data; it published the data by webpage, and realizes data sharing. It can realize the data calculation in time, evaluate, analyze and optimize the design also can browse the historical data in the form of sheet or diagram..
The management system includes a hardware and software.
The hardware is compose of a master machine (computer) of server, a collector of input electric energy (including transducer and part of collection), sensors/transducers of inlet and outlet pressure, ultrasonic flow meter, sensors of fixed motor torque, rotation speed and data collecting display, data collector and local network, etc; the software system includes the software of data acquisition and management system inside the station.
