Description

Single column robot is mainly applied in the palletizing of beer, beverage, pharmaceutical and other industries, which has 3 degrees of freedom, respectively the vertical moving direction, the horizontal moving direction and vertical rotation.

 Equipment material and baking varnish

1. Equipment material:

A:Pack conveyor and pallet conveyor made of stainless steel, side plate made of high quality carbon steel, surface baking crude silver paint (Different customer requirements)

B:Main transmission parts 45 # steel (key parts 40Cr) after heat treatment and surface treatment, rack, frame and others made of high quality carbon steel.

C: Main parts adopt imported Labour\'s rotary bearing, Taiwan jin heng linear slide rail.

D: Shutter gripper is produced by high magnesium aluminum.

2. Baking varnish:

A: Machine frame SAZ 2.5 sandblasted, accord with SIS standards and by solvent degreasing.

B: Blasting in the160o C Oven. Neat appearance, bright color, deep blue color (depending on the different requirements of customers) as basic color, a reasonable match. Moving parts and safety fence use warning signs and warning color (moving part is the red / black stripes, protective part is yellow / white stripes).
