GE IS200EAUXH1AAA Mark VIe Series Circuit Board Module

Hardware Structure
Module Capacity: It has 5 module slots plus 1 power supply slot, which can accommodate CPUs, local or remote input/output modules, etc., and supports high-density I/O modules.
Dimensions: Approximately 11.15 inches × 12.60 inches × 7.5 inches (height × width × depth). During installation, a space of about 6 inches needs to be reserved to ensure air circulation and cable connection space.
Power Supply Mode: It can be connected to plug-in AC or DC IC697 power supplies, and supports sharing a single power supply with a second rack through an extension cable. The power supply is connected to the upper left slot.
Wiring Method: The bottom cavity can hold up to 40 #14 wires, and the wires connecting the modules enter the rack through the bottom cavity.
Programming Configuration: It adopts MS-DOS-based software configuration without jumpers or DIP switches. The I/O point references of the module can be programmed through the configurator function of the MS-DOS programming software.
Grounding Design: There are grounding studs on the left and right sides of the panel to ensure good grounding.
Optional Accessories: The optional VME J2 backplane kit is available, which facilitates rack installation.
Functional Characteristics
Module Compatibility: It supports various IC697 series high-density I/O modules, and input/output modules can be flexibly configured according to actual needs.
Power Supply Flexibility: It can be connected to plug-in AC or DC IC697 power supplies and can share a single power supply with a second rack through an extension cable, adapting to different power supply scenarios.
Convenient Software Configuration: It adopts an MS-DOS-based software configuration method without jumpers or DIP switches, facilitating users' setting and programming.
Easy Wiring: The bottom cavity can hold up to 40 #14 wires, providing sufficient space for module wiring and facilitating line arrangement and maintenance.
Compact Size: Approximately 11.15 inches × 12.60 inches × 7.5 inches (height × width × depth), it occupies a small space, and only about 6 inches of space needs to be reserved during installation for air circulation and cable connection.

Working Principle: The IC697CHS750 rack module provides physical installation positions and electrical connection backplanes for I/O modules. When the PLC system is running, the power supply module supplies power to the rack and internal modules. The I/O interface module reads/writes data of each I/O module on the rack and exchanges data with the CPU through the I/O bus. Each IC697 I/O rack can be allocated 128 I/O reference points, and a maximum of 8 such racks can be used in a system, which can provide up to 2000 addressable points, realizing the processing and control of a large number of input and output signals.
Purpose: It is mainly used for installing CPUs, local or remote input/output modules, etc., and is an important part of building the GE Fanuc Series 90-70 PLC system. It can be used as a basic rack to build small PLC control systems, or as an expansion rack to work with other racks, meeting the requirements of large and complex control systems for I/O points and functional modules, and providing stable hardware architecture support for PLC systems.
Application Fields: It is widely used in the field of industrial automation. For example, in production line control in the manufacturing industry, it can collect and control various switching values and analog quantities of production equipment; in the power industry, it is used in substation automation systems, power equipment monitoring, etc.; in the petrochemical field, it can realize the monitoring and control of parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow in the chemical production process; it can also be used in water treatment systems, transportation monitoring and other scenarios to ensure the stable operation and automatic control of the systems.
