Spray nozzle working principle
Spray nozzle is a device can spray atomized liquid, which uniformly suspended in the air. Its working principle is to squeeze liquid into nozzle through internal pressure. Inside the nozzle is placed a piece of iron. High-speed flow liquid impinge on iron sheet, forming atomized particles with a diameter of around 15-60 microns after rebounding and ejecting through the nozzle outlet. Spray nozzle sprays are widely used in various aerosol products, such as: pesticides, air freshener and pharmaceutical spray.
