Foam Dust Control System
No sealing and enclosure of the whole plant
FDC system doesn’t need additional physical collection and containment facilities. The open can bring great convenience for the production and routine maintenance of the production line as well as improve safety factor of the whole production line.
Minimum water consumption, no blinding in screening
FDC system uses very little water, only 0.15-0.4% moisture added to the products. So this system does not cause any blinding of the screen and impair the screening efficiency. And there is no exceed abrasion in crusher wear parts usually caused by the over wet materials.
Less power consumption, lower running cost
The power consumption of FDC system is only 10% of the dry dust collection system, the running cost much lower compared with other dedusting method.
Plug-in installation, less maintenance
FDC system is highly integrated with all the parts into one package. The installation is just plugging the water pipe and power line into the machine. The customer does not need buy anything else.
CARRYOVER effect
Foam is applied onto the crushing stage, the carryover effect will provent the dust generation in the downstream. There is no need of dust control in the screening, conveying and stockplie stage.

How does the foam suppress the dust?
The foam is sprayed on the surface of the minerals and air and form abundant foam particle swarm, covering the whole crushing area. Fine particle dust in the air conglutinates with the foam, becoming large particle and falls down on the surface of the minerals with burst foam. This method can prevent the diffusion of dust efficiently in the whole process. Meanwhile, the dust falls onto the minerals and is conveyed to finished product with the minerals.
