How it works?
This system can produce spray particles 10 microns in diameter. These spray particles can absorb efficiently the dust in the air especially those inhalable dust particles less than 10 microns in diameter. Dry fog dust suppression system provides another new program in controlling inhalable dust particles. Dry fog is created by the use of high-pressure air to disperse water instantaneously. Thus, due to the similar particle size and specific weight, the residence time of the dust particle and the dry frog in the air are equal, so that it is much more possible for the dust particle and the dry frog particle to condense sufficiently. In this process, the dust particle plays a role of condensation nucleus, and the dust fall can be achieved instantly.
