1. The operations of mixing, feeding, extruding, air-cooled hot pelletizing and air-blowing cooling are integrated in one machine with continuous automated operation at high efficiency.

2. The technologies of electric heating, steam heating and hot-oil circulation heating with the temperature controlled for the mixing zone, the feeding zone and the extruding are available for selection of customers.

3. The patented technology “four-wing ST rotor mixing” (the patent number ZL 02 2 10014.8) developed by us is used for the dispersion mixer, providing high efficiency, low energy consumption, full plasticization and even distribution.

4. The patented technology “double conical-screw feeder” (the patent number ZL 02 2 10015.6) developed by us is used for the feeder. It can perform secondary mixing and forcibly feed stock to the single-screw extruder, improving the extrusion efficiency and quality.

5. Both the double conical-screws and the single screw are driven with the AC frequency control technology to meet all technological requirements.

6. The quick-change screen provided at the front part of the head needs less effort and time in screen changing.

7. The rotary cutter with the fine adjuster is used for the pelletizer to perform air-cooled hot pelletizing.

8. Pellets are cooled through the cyclone separator and the rotary-drum cooler or disc-type grizzly. 9.
