structure and function:

The bucket elevator includes mainly following sections: mechanical transmission system is composed of motor, reducer, V-belt, and roller chain drives; guide frame, hopper, and electric control. Drugged by the transmission system, the hopper operates and turns over along the guide frame up and down. At the moment of hopper ascending to the top, it turns over and download the materials, meanwhile the position of the downloading  and descending position are set up on-off controllers that control the operation of  hopp.
