It is designed to carry out the continuous automated operations of mixing rubber, plastic, synthetic resin or nonmetallic material and then extruding and sheeting the compounded stock so as to turn out slabs having different thickness and widths.

1. This machine comprised of the dispersion mixer (or mixer), the bucket lifter (or feed chute) and the double conical-screw extruder sheeter has the functions of mixing, lift conveying, extruding and sheeting so as to realize high-efficient continuous sheeting.

2. The electrical control system designed with the PLC technology, the frequency-control or DC speed regulation technology and the human machine interface technology can perform not only individual control of single machines but also gang control of the sheeting line.
