The wire is guided by the let-off unit which is preheated by the heating system. Then the preheated wire is covered by rubber, and then it is stored in the festoonery, and the maximum storage can be 140 m. Finally it is wound by the winding unit. The winding unit is consists of power plant, bead former separating and closing unit, collating unit, adjusting device, cutting device, supplying device, buffered device, discharge device. The whole course briefly as the follows: stretching –supplying –clamping –pressing–rotate start calculating-rotating (Slow –Fast –Slow) –Stopping –Cutting –Mold withdraw – Bead Clamping – Bead Placing.
