High Pressure Mill is mainly applied for the powder processing of noninflammable and non-explosive mineral products with Mohs hardness below 9.3 and humidity below 6%. In more detail, the powder processing can be occurred in the industries of metallurgy, construction materials, chemical, mining, highway construction and hydropower with the following materials: quartz, feldspar, calcite, limestone, talcum, ceramic, marble, granite, dolomite, bauxite, iron ore, barite, coal gangue, coal and so on. Besides, the fineness of product can be adjusted from 0.163mm to 0.033mm.
Operating principles:
High Pressure Mill consist of the principal machine, reduction box, analytical engine, plumbing installation, air blower, dust collector, jaw crusher, elevator, eletrovibrating feeder, electric control system and so on.
In the main frame, a 1000-1500kg high pressure spring is fixed to the roller suspender. After the grinder is put into effect, the roller will circumgyrate around the main shaft, and rolls closely against the grinding ring affected by the high pressure is 1.2 degree than Raymond mill. When the stuff is loaded into the grinding cavity, it is shoveled into the space between the roller and the ring for grinding. The grinded powder goes into classifier along with the circulation wind of the blower and the standard fineness powder is guided to the cyclone collector as finished and lager size stuff falls back to the grinder for regrinding. The circulation wind returns to the blower to repeat the above process and the after wind enters into bag dust cleaner for purification.
Characteristics:
(1) Unique design. Inside of the main frame, the pressure device of 1500kg-2000kg is designed and added. Compared with other mills, the capacity of it is increased by 10-30% under the same condition. And the pressure to the material of the grinding device is increased by 800-1500kg. The fineness of product can be up to 1000 mesh.
(2) Strong applicability. It is suitable for all kinds of materials with Moh hardness below 9.3.
(3) The effect of deducting meets the national standard completely.
(4)High Pressure Mill employs machining techniques with high quality and high efficient.
(5) Durability. The replacement cycle of roller and ring is very long. It gets rid of the short replacement cycle of the quick-wear parts.
(6)Grinding device applies reduplicated multilevel seal. And the sealing property is really perfect.
