I. Main Features and Function:
l Steel welded frame , ageing treatment, high rigidity, stable precision;
l Crankshaft placed in vertical, compact structure, good appearance;
l Six-side extra long rectangle guides of the slide, the surface of slide guides is bronze panel, in high moving precision and high abrasive resistance;
l Closed of gear drive, closed submerged lubricant, low noise and long service life;
l Red-tipped connecting rod structure separate wear thread and connecting rod body, reduce the cost of the parts.
l Double balanced cylinder balances the weight of slider component and upper die, eliminates gap among each part, reduces impact and noise
l The flexible connection of balanced cylinder and slider, ensuring the long service life of the cylinder.
l Hydraulic overload protector protects the press and tools;
l Pneumatic dry friction clutch-brake with flexible movement and reliable performance;
l Imported PLC centralized control electric system, imported safety dual valve control air system realize flexible move, single and continuous stamping, urgent stop and other operations safety and reliable;
l Optional photo-electronic safety device, transmission output axle, feeder, air cushion and other optional accessories are available for this power press subject to user’s demands.
