　　Product structure of softened water equipment:

　　1. Import control valve: valve body material is the high-strength light-weight corrosion resistance engineering plastic, lead-free copper.

　　2. Tank body with corrosion resistance: tank body material is the glass fiber reinforced steel(the carbon steel or stainless steel lined with plastic tank body can be selected, the tank body is corrosion resistance, pressure resistance, long-term service life.)

　　3. Uniform water distribution system: jet-type water distribution is adopted, the active exchange volume of resin can be played fully, the salt use is controlled accurately, no need of salt pump.

　　4. Import high-performance resin: strong acid cation exchange resin is adopted, the damage rate is low, the force is uniform, and ion exchange rate has been improved.

　　Working procedure of softened water equipment:

　　1. Water supply: the water without treatment passes through the resin layer, exchange reaction is generated, and softened water is produced.

　　2. Backwash: the water enter into the bottom of resin layer, the resin is loosened, and the small cats and dogs can be removed.

　　3. Salt liquid inlet regeneration: take use of high-density salty water (NaCl) to flow pass resin, restore the resin of losing efficiency to the available resin of sodium type.

　　4. Rinse: according to the water supply process, to make water pass through the resin and wash away the residual salt liquid and the calcium and magnesium ions replaced by regeneration.

　　5. Water injection: inject water into the salt tank, to dissolve the salt for the use of next regeneration.

　　Performance features of softened water equipment:

　　1. High-efficiency: the whole design and configuration is reasonable, which make the active exchange volume of resin played fully.

　　2. Saving-labor: high automation, unattended.

　　3. Saving-water: the water preparation of water softener can reach to more than 98%.

　　4. Saving-electricity: siphon regeneration principle is adopted, no need of salt pump, the electricity consumption is just 1% of manual softened water equipment.

　　5. Small occupying space: the occupying space of resin tank and salt tank is need to provided only, the space of pipe circuit and salt pump can be saved.

　　6. Convenient adjustment: according to the practical requirements of the users, the regeneration cycle and time can be adjusted freely.

Low run expenses: because of the high automation, the water softener can be adapted to the change of water quantity, the water output and the dosage of regenerant can be calculated accurately, the waste of regenerant in the regeneration can be avoided, meanwhile, a lot of labor cost can be saved.
