The structure design of filling heads have taken easy blistering into consideration. 　　The structure design is rational and the operation of equipment is stable. PET is equipped after the filling system, the upper distance between materials and the top of bottle is needed to be controlled, within the 8MM. The connection of filling system and sealing system is stable, after the sealing, the materials in the bottle has no spill. 　　Bottle capper 　　1. Cap screwing machine adopts magnetic torque device, which is the floating cap screw. The installation machine is on the above of machine, which will revolute the machine. 　　2. Torque adjustment is convenient, according to the requirements of manufacturing, we can choose different size of torque, cap sealing is no high cap, outside cap and rolling. 　　Chassis 　　1. The chassis is welded by high quality carbon steel ,and polishing with the cover of stainless steel board. 　　2. The driving system of three in one bottle filling machine is on the below of chassis, it is dragged by a main electric motor, it adopts the gear driving type. 　　3. The driving gear is cross arranged by steel gear and nylon gear. 　　4. There is the overloading protection system on the main electric motor output shaft, which can guarantee the safety of machine. 　　Electric motor system: control cabinet adopts stainless steel manufactured by Japan 304, from the inlet of bottle and outlet of bottle will be finished by PLC automatically.
