Equipment principles: the basic operation principle of frequency conversion water supply treatment equipment is on the basis of the changes of water concumption to adjust the number of operation pumps and the rotated speed of one water pump automatically, which can make the outlet pressure of water pump constant. When the water consumption is less than effluent yield of one water pump, the system will make a water pump frequency conversion according to the changes of water consumption, when the water consumption increased, the innner pressure of pipeline system reduced, then pressure sensor will transmit the signals detected to microcomputer control unit, judging from the microcomputer operation, send out the instruction to frequency convertor, control water pump electric motor, speed up the rotated speed to guarantee the systematic pressure constant, otherwise, when water consumption decrease, slow the rotated speed, to keep the pressure constant. When water consumption is more than effluent yield of one water pump, the first pump will switch to operate with power frequency, the second pump starts to operate with frequency conversion and regulating speed, when water consumption is less than effluent yield of two pump, it can stop one or two pumps operating. During the whole operation, the system puresure is constant all the time, which can keep water pump in high efficiency, not only ensure the water supply with constant pressure, but also save the electricity. The equipment is operated without no special operator.
Application scope:
1. living drinking water for high-rise buildings with pool, hotels, schools, urban residential area, enterprises and public institutions, new villages construction;
2. living or production water for factories,industrial and mining enterprises;
3. water supply and effluent of various water plants, water supply stations, waste water plants, agricultural pump stations and so on;
4. integrated water supply of high buildings, communities, enterprises and public institutions;
5. booster pressure of cooling water and circulating water in production and living;
6. constant pressure oil transportation of oilfield oil trasportation, oil storage, oil station and so on.
Model details:
No-tower water supply equipment is composed of frequency conversion control cabinet, pressure sensor, water pump and so on. And frequency control cabinet is consist of breaker, frequency convertor, contactor, intermediate relay, PLC and so on.
The characteristics of frequency conversion water supply equipment:
1. strict design: this kind of equipment is controlled by water pump frequency conversion constant pressure, no matter how the water consumption changes, which can keep the outlet pressure of pipeline constant.
2. high efficiency: this equipment can regulate the rotated speed of water pump by the changes of water consumption, which will make water pump in high efficiency, save more electricity, compared with constant speed water pump, it can save 35% electricity.
3. simple operation: it is the full-automatic control equipment, PID regulation, keyboard operation, human-computer interface(text, digital) display. The operator is just to convert the switches of electrical cabinet, who will know all the working condition, no need of special operator.
4. perfect protective functions: perfect overload, short circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, lacking phase, overcurrent, short circuit, short water of water sources and so on. Under the unusual conditions, it can have a signal alarm, self-tect, fault diagnosis etc.
5. small working area and easy installation: the whole set of equipment which just has one group of water supply control cabinet and water pump unit, it is very easy to install.
6. prolong the service of water pump and electric motor: this equipment can make the stable soft-start of several pump units, which can protect the power grid and pipe network from impact, and they are operating take turns, thus prolong the service life of water pump and electric motor.
