This production line is integrated, automatic and multifunctional combined unit, including flush, filling and whorl cover, which is suitable for the bottle of 300-2000L specification. This machine has unique design, close structure, complete functions, high automation, which can fill up 2000-6000 bottles, it is the optimal small bottled filling equipment.
Three in one small bottle filling machine adopts the advanced programmable logic controller (PLC) to control the automatic operation of machine, air-blow channel into the bottle. Adopts frequency converter, which cooperates with host frequency converter to make the operation of bottle more stable. The operation is tested by photoelectricity, automation is high, operation is simple. On that basis, the changeable filling part of machine, which can form low vacuum filling type. Low vacuum filling type is suitable for glass, filling wine, soy etc. Materials, its sealing way is aluminum metal security cover and plastic cover. Fast cleaning, fast adjustment, volume cylinder action stepless speed regulation, which is suitable for different specifications and different liquids.
Fillup can be adjusted once, every volume cylinder can have the micro adjustment, high precision filling and good consistency.
The materials touch with liquid is L stainless steel, silicon rubber, which conforms to GMP specifications.
Import deceleration electric motor stepless speed regulation controls the filling plunger cylinder, not only suitable for all kinds of waters, but also sticky liquid.
Import electromagnetic clutch and brake are cooperated, eliminate inertia, high precision filling.
Human-computer interface and PLC communications, debugging equipment or replacing categories, we just set them on the screen.
Feed bottle, position, fillup, out bottle, they are operated automatically. If the bottles are not in correct position, blocking of bottles or outlet pipe doesn’t enter into the bottle, the equipment will have an automatic protection, after elimination, it will continue working.
