2. Technology process of preparing electronics ultrapure water

The basic technology process is: raw water→multi-media filter→active carbon filter→precision filter→middle water tank→reverse osmosis equipment→EDI→ultrapure water tank→ultrapure water pump→post safeguard filter→water point
