  Control way of boiler softened water treatment

  Time type: it will restore at the pre-set time, the shortest circle is one day, it is suitable for system water supply of stable water-use, such as air-conditioner, boiler system and so on.

  Flow type: it will restore at the pre-set value, it is suitable for all the systems water supply.

  Microcomputer type: we can input the water quality information to the microcomputer, time of each procedure can be setted automatically. If it is equipped with central controller, we can make remote control come true, which is suitable for system water supply of self-control buildings with high automation.

  Parameters and operating requirements: raw water hardness: 3-10mg-N/L(1mg-N/L=2.8 German degree = 50mg/LCaCO3 hardness), if raw water hardness is higher than 10mg-N/L, when we select the model, we should select the bigger one or using two stages softening.

  Automatic softening control way

  A. It is composed of one exchange tank, one control valve and one salt tank. Regeneration control way can be divided into time type and flow type, it needs to stop producing water for 2 hours when it regenerates, which is suitable for intermittent water supply places, if it needs continuous water supply, we can configurate one water tank for 2 hour water storage.

  B. Two exchange tanks are controlled to supply water in turn, regenerate in turn, realize continuous water supply, which is suitable for continuous water supply places, the way of regeneration is flow type.

  C. It is consisted of two control valves, two exchange tanks and one salt tank, two sets of tanks supply water in turn, regenerate in turn, supply water continuously. Regeneration control way is flow type.

  D. It is composed of two control valves, two exchange tanks, two salt tanks. Two sets of tanks supply water simultaneously, regenerate in turn, supply water continuously, regeneration control way is flow type.

  The product structure of softened water equipment:

  Inlet control valve: valve body material is high-strength light corrosion resistance project plastic, brass without lead.

  Anticorrosion tank body: tank body material is glass fiber reinforced plastic steel(carbon steel or stainless steel lined with tank body can be chosen from), tank body has the advantages of corrosion resistance, pressure resistance and long service life.

  Homogeneous water distribution system: it adopts fluidic type for water distribution, we can make the most use of resin and exchange volume can be played effectively, the control of salt-use is accurate, no need of salt pump.

  Import high performance resin: we can choose strong acid cation ion exchange resin, low damage rate, homogeneous strength, in order to improve the ion exchange rate.

  Operation process of softened water equipment:

  1. Water supply: untreated water passing by the resin layer, which reacts exchange, produces softened water.

  2. Backwash: water entered into resin layer from the bottom, loosed resin, and removed broken cats and dogs.

  3. Feed salty water regeneration: take use of high density salty water(NaCl) flowing by resin, reduce the disabled resin to sodium type available resin.

  4. Flush: according to process of water supply, make the water pass by resin and flush residual salty liquid and the calcium and magnesium ions replaced in the regeneration.

  5. Water injection: inject water into salt tank, dissolve salt, as the preparation for next regeneration.

  The performance features of softened water equipment:

  1. High efficiency: the reasonable design of whole water softener, which can make the most use of resin and the exchange volume can be played effectively.

  3. Water saving: production water rate of water softener can reach over 98%.

  6. Convenient adjustment: according to the practical needs, make a self-adjustment of regeneration circle and the regeneration time.

  7. Low operation costs: due to high automation, water softener can adapt to the change of water quantity, calculate the output yield and the dosage of regenerant accurately, avoid the waste of regenerant, meanwhile, save a lot of labor cost.

  Installation requirements of softened water device:

  1. The foundation should be horizontal, there should be floor drain or drainage ditch, in order to drain the regeneration sewage. The independent power socket should be installed nearby the equipment.

  2. The salt tank should stay nearby the exchange tank, the shorter salt suction tube is, the better the efficiency is.

  3. Inlet water pipe should be equipped with Y type filter and water meter, outlet should be equipped with sample connection.

  4. Inlet and outlet water pipe should be equipped with manual valves, between them we can equipped with bypass-valve, in order to provide continuous water supply in regeneration and maintenance.

  Application fields: series full-automatic water softener: which can be widely used in supplemental water softening of system, such as steam boiler, hot-water boiler, exchanger, evaporative condenser, air-conditioner, direct-fired machine.
