Such as:rinsing bottles, filling, cap sealing. 　　The whole design is scientific and rational, the appearance is beautiful, the functions are overall, the operation and maintenance are convenience, the automation is very high. 　　It has imported Italian and German advanced technology. The speed of filling is fast, the liquid level is controlled stably, for examples: no filling without bottles, if there is the explosion of bottles, the filling valve will close automatically, automatic rinsing etc., they are the advanced automatic control technology. 　　The insulator will be used to promote the cylinder, conveyed by nylon gear, the noise is low and the whole machine runs smoothly. 　　The magnetic torque is used for screw capping, which can catch cappers and screw cappers. The torque of screwing cappers can be adjusted steplessly. It has the function of constant torque sealing cappers, and the caps will not be damaged ,the sealing is reliable . 　　Horizontal rotary cap arranger, which can not destroy the surface of the caps of bottle, if there is the signal of cap shortage, it will make-up the cappers automatically. 　　The whole machine is controlled by PLC and human-computer interface touch-screen, the liquid level of material tank will be controlled automatically, no filling without bottles, no capping without cappers, when bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available ,the machine can be stopped automatically.
