The liquefied petroleum gas circulating compressor’s working medium is civil LPG or the gas with similar character, such as ammonia gas. The major application is pressure increasing of LPG or the gas with the similar character. It’s also used to exhaust vacuum. Therefore, it’s a key equipment of LPG storage station, tank filling factory and LPG filling station in cities and towns, at factories and mines, and quay. It’s also a perfect equipment of the chemical industry enterprises for pressure increasing and retrieving gas.
The compressor can perform following works:
1. Loading and unloading the tanker or the vessel for LPG;
2. Filling and emptying the tank for LPG or the gas with similar character;
3. Retrieving the remains of LPG residual gas and liquid;
4. It’s used to retrieve tail gas in productive process of chemical products;
5. Exhausting vacuum and so on.
The series of ZW, CZW LPG circulating compressors are vertical, single-acting, air-cooling, oil free lubrication and reciprocation-piston. The cylinder and packing parts of various LPG series compressors in our factory are oil free lubrication to ensure the purity of the working medium, and the crankshaft, connecting rod and crosshead are all of pressured lubrication (splash lubrication) to guarantee the reliability of the lubrication.
LPG series compressors in our factory have the characteristics of small volume, light weight, stable operation, low noise, simple structure, easy operation, safety and reliability etc. Including: the ZW and CZW series compressors are the most advanced units for the moment at home, and the technological indicators reach international advanced level. It is integrated with the compressor, motor, gas pipeline system, high-efficiency gas liquid separator and four-way valve to make the installation and operation more convenient.
