1.Material: ASTM A240 Grade 304L Stainless Steel sheets/plates, SUS 304L stainless steel plates/sheets

2.Chemical Formula of Grade 304L/SUS 304L Stainless Steel:
C <0.03% , Cr 17.5-20% ,Ni 8-11% ,Mn <2% ,Si <1% ,P <0.045% ,S <0.03%

3.Summary:  Grade 304/SUS 304 is the most versatile and the most widely used of all stainless steels.  Its chemical composition, mechanical properties, weldability and corrosion/oxidation resistance provide the best all-round performance stainless steel at relatively low cost.If intergranular corrosion in the heat affected zone may occur, it is suggested that Grade 304L/SUS 304L stainless steel be used.

4.Applications: Grade 304L/SUS 304L Stainless Steel is used in all industrial, commercial and domestic fields because of its good corrosion and heat resisting properties. Some applications include: Tanks and containers for a large variety of liquids and solids;Process equipment in the mining, chemical, cryogenic, food, dairy and pharmaceutical industries.

5.Thickness: 0.3-100mm

6.Heat Treatment:Solution Treatment (Annealing) - Heat to 1010-1120°C and cool rapidly. Grade Grade 304L/SUS 304L Stainless Steel cannot be hardened by thermal treatment.

7.Welding:Heavy welded sections in Grade 304 Stainless Steel may require post-weld annealing for maximum corrosion resistance. This is not required for Grade 304L/SUS 304L Stainless Steel.
