1. Principle

This test kit is based on the competitiveenzyme immunoassay for the detection of Streptomycin in the sample. The coupling antigen is pre-coated on the micro-well stripes. TheStreptomycin in the sample and the coupling antigens pre-coated on themicro-well stripes compete for anti- Streptomycinantibodies. After the addition of the enzyme conjugate, the TMB substrate isadded for coloration. The optical density (OD) value of the testing sample hasa negative correlation with the Streptomycin concentration in the sample. This value is compared to the standard curve andthe Streptomycinconcentration is subsequently obtained.
