Brief introduction The products can be used in oil-water separation of oil exploitation, oily wastewater of refinery petrochemical plant, steel turbid circulating water system with oil and other industry. It can also purify the high COD wastewater and the water system which has leakage oil. It can also be applied in paper, printing and dyeing, urban sewage and other wastewater treatment. The product has the function of emulsion breaking, flocculation, separation water from oil, disperse organic biological slime and so on. It has special effect in treating the oil-in-water type oily water. It has good treatment effect in oil-water separation of oil exploitation and petrochemical wastewater and oily water of oil refinery, steel industry and so on. It can also treat the water system which has oil leakage. It will have a better effect in aeration degreasing system. Technical parameters Appearance Colorless or light transparent liquid Odor No special odor Water-soluble Normal pH (1% water-solution) 6.0±2.0 Usage Different water has different dosage; the actual dosage should depend on the quality of the water. Suggested dosage is 5-30mg/L. If mixed used with other coagulant the dosage can be reduced appropriately. When used for oil-water separation, the dosage should be 10-50mg/L, added before aeration oil remover will be better. When used for circulating water system, the dosage should be adjusted by the oil pollution degree. The product had better be added continuously by metering pump at the water-intake next to the filter device, or added in one time but needed more backwash. The product could also be used as cleaning dispersant next to the filter in re-circulating water system. Packing and storage The product is packed in 25L or 50L plastic drums, or packed according to customers’ requirements. It should be kept in cool, ventilated warehouses. Guaranty period: six months. This product is a neutral substance with non-hazardous, non-inflammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive and hard to volatile. The product is acid, so it can’t mix-use with strong alkaline, oxidizing, reducing substances. Users should wear personal protective equipment such as: rubber gloves, goggles, gas masks and chemical aprons when use the product. The product should be sealed when not in use.
