Brief introduction
SPJ-6405 is a highly effective broad-spectrum biocide which is widely used in papermaking, textile and other fields. It can be used as bactericidal preservatives in pesticide, cutting-oil, leather, detergent and cosmetics. It can be mixed use with other non-oxidizing biocides and this will enhance the effects of the product.
SPJ-6405 can effectively control bacteria, fungi, yeast, and algae’s growth and reproduction. It has strong inhibitory effect. The product can kill the bacteria by change the cell’s nature or kill its cell wall and plasma membrane or react with the proteins. The product can be use in a widely pH range and can mix use well with other water treatment agents. The product can’t be use alone with anionic surfactants or additives, but it can mix use with a certain amount of non-ionic surfactants. The product has a well stripping function; it can clear the biological slime on the heat exchanger regularly. The product is an environmentally product. Its active ingredients can depredate well. The product has the advance of non-toxic, good compatibility and low using cost.

Usage
The products are generally intermittent dosing, normal dosage is 60~100mg/L. After adding the product, there will be some foams bring by the contaminations. The foams should be removed immediately or it will deposition to the bottom.
Users can increase the dosage when pollution seriously. When used as slime remover, the dosage should be 100~300mg/L. Our engineers can service on-site to confirm the right dosage and add locations. The dosage for special fields should ask technical staff for advice.
Packing and storage
The product is packed in 25L or 200L plastic drums, or packed according to customers’ requirements. It should be kept in cool, ventilated warehouses. Guaranty period: two years.
The product is acid, so it can’t mix-use with strong alkaline, oxidizing, reducing substances. Users should wear personal protective equipment such as: rubber gloves, goggles, gas masks and chemical aprons when use the product. The product should be sealed when not in use.
