Brief introduction
SPJ-6424 is widely used in various industries circulating cooling water, drinking water, industrial waste-water and other water system as a germicide, disinfectant. It can also be used in industrial bleaching, waste-water treatment, swimming pools, hospitals and farming. It can also be used as disinfectant additives in efficient washing powder and detergent. It is one of the most widely used germicides all over the world. It can performance better if interchangeably use with other non-oxidizing germicide.
SPJ-6424 is acid, its active ingredients will release slowly after it soluble in water, and it has well bactericidal effect to various types of bacteria and algae in re-circulating cooling water system. When using as a disinfectant, it has good effect in against Escherichia coil, streptococcus, staphylococcus and other bacterial. Its solution has good stability, low-dosage, harmless to human and animals. The final decomposition of the product in water is CO2 and NH3, no residue, no pollution, and will not change the hardness of the water.

Usage and dosage
SPJ-6424 is usually added continuously, the general dosage is 40-80ppm. Residual chlorine in water should be controlled at 0.5~1mg/l, while periodic dosing with non-oxidizing biocides. Dosage can be increased when system pollution is seriously. Our engineers can service on-site to confirm the right dosage and add locations.
Packing and storage
The product is packed in 25L or 50L cardboard drums lined with plastic bags, or packed according to customers’ requirements. It should be kept in cool, ventilated warehouses. Guaranty period: two years.
The product is acid, so it can’t mix-use with strong alkaline, oxidizing, reducing substances. Users should wear personal protective equipment such as: rubber gloves, goggles, gas masks and chemical aprons when use the product. The product should be sealed when not in use.
