Brief introduction
SPJ-6400 non-oxidizing germicide is the ideal germicide in industrial re-circulating cooling water system. It can be used widely in iron and steel, petrochemical, paper, and oil field etc. it can also be used as germicide and rot resistor in pesticide, cutting oil, leather, detergent and cosmetics. It can effect better when mix-use with other non-oxidizing germicides.
It has obvious performance to spin-off the biological slime when the dosage is high. Its excellent value for money, good inhibitory effect makes it the preferred product in water-treatment germicide.
SPJ-6400 is a board-spectrum, high efficiency, low-toxicity non-oxidizing germicide. The product can kill the bacteria and algae by broking their key of proteins. It can penetrate the bio-film slime attached on the wall, and has a strong effect of suppression and extermination to bacteria, fungi, algae in the re-circulating water system.

Usage and dosage
The products are generally intermittent dosing, normal dosage is 80~150mg/L, users can increase the dosage when pollution seriously. When used as slime remover, the dosage should be 150~350mg/L. Our engineers can service on-site to confirm the right dosage and add locations.
Packing and storage
The product is packed in 25L or 200L plastic drums, or packed according to customers’ requirements. It should be kept in cool, ventilated warehouses. Guaranty period: two years.
The product is acid, so it can’t mix-use with strong alkaline, oxidizing, reducing substances. Users should wear personal protective equipment such as: rubber gloves, goggles, gas masks and chemical aprons when use the product. The product should be sealed when not in use.
