Brief introduction
SPJ-6651 anti-incrustation corrosion inhibitor is mainly used for open re-circulating cooling water system as anti-incrustation corrosion inhibitor, is mainly applied to medium-hardness, medium-alkalinity water. It has good effect in preventing condenser fouling and corrosion. Users need to adjust the formula proportion to apply to water system under different conditions.
SPJ-6651 is composed by organophosphate acid (carboxylic acid), high polymer, copper corrosion inhibitors and additives. It has a good inhibition performance and threshold effects. The product has a good dispersion for iron oxide at the same time to prevent CaCO3,Ca3(PO4)2 and CaSO4 becoming scale and precipitate. The product can be used for the system contains cooper, carbon steel and stainless steel. It can form a thin and dense anti-corrosion film on the metal surface at a wide pH range. It has the advantage of forming film fast, making up membrane well, operating safe and good compatibility.

Usage and dosage
The product is liquid, could be added continuously by pump. According to the water feature and the devices, the general dosage is 40-80ppm. The concentration of SPJ-6651 in circulating system should be controlled based on the total phosphorus. Our engineers can service on-site to confirm the right dosage and add locations.
Packing and storage
The product is packed in 25L or 200L plastic drums, or packed according to customers’ requirements. It should be kept in cool, ventilated warehouses. Guaranty period: one year.
The product is acid, so it can’t mix-use with strong alkaline, oxidizing, reducing substances. Users should wear personal protective equipment such as: rubber gloves, goggles, gas masks and chemical aprons when use the product. The product should be sealed when not in use.
