SPJ-GPE Antifoam can eliminate and inhibit the foam from PVC production. It has low surface tension, high dispersity in water, fast defoaming speed, long anti-foaming time, and high bio-compatibility.

Packing and storage
1. This product is packed in iron drums (net weight: 200kg), or packed in plastic drums(net weight:50kg), or packed according to client's requirements.
2. Please prevent the product from collision, inversion, insolation and rain, and store it in dry, cool, shady, ventilated places.
3. The product’s shelf life is one year if stored as above. After the effective period, it can also be used if tested to be structure to make it looser.

Application technique
1. SPJ-GPE Antifoam can eliminate and inhibit the foam from PVC production, can well disperse in the suspension system with HPMC and PVA as dispersant, but not damage the stability of the system, and can improve the looseness of PVC.
2. SPJ-GPE Antifoam can be added directly or diluted with 2-10 times of water before use. It can be added continuously or little by little. The suggested dosage is less than 20ppm when making dispersant.
