Applications and features:
Horizontal Winding Machine (HWM) is ideal equipment for manufacturing coils of high voltage and high capacity transformers and inductors.
HWM consists of spindle box, tail, bed rest, electrical control system, vertical and horizontal pressing mechanism (optional), pneumatic conductor clip (optional),
hydraulic station (optional), decoiler (optional).
Compact structure, high rigidity, stable start-up and stop.
Reversible counter with power off memory can guarantee the windings accurate.
Big HWM can be equipped with vertical and horizontal pressing mechanisms. The mechanisms are separate from HWM and fixed outside of HWM. It is convenient to adjust and show the clamp force. Compact and orderly coils are manufactured easily.
