Applications and features:
Using the connecting flange pedestal for vertical machines, mandrels can be stored vertically.EWM consists of mandrel body, expandable mechanism, arc supporting plates, expandable linings, locking device of mandrel, device for connecting mandrel and winding machine. The diameter of mandrel can be changed freely by adjusting the spokes, which are driven by an electric driving mechanism or manual adjustment.EWM can be used in both horizontal and vertical winding machines, so the number of winding mandrels and their occupation of production space can be reduced greatly.Expandable Winding Mandrel (EWM) is a newly special mandrel for winding transformer coils in vertical or horizontal winding machines.
