A: Usage:
To make insulation board to a cylinder or arc shape.
B: Equipment components:
Upper roller, lower roller, supporter, pedestal, drive system, electrical system.
C: Processing procedure:
1.Switch on the air-switch in the electric-cabinet, the work LED light.
2.Inch operation: push the “up” button to make the upper roller goes up till the insulation board can be put into the gap between the upper roller and lower rollers easily.
3.Inch operation: push the “down” button to make the upper roller goes down till the board is properly curved.
4.Push the “forward” button to make the curved insulation board goes forward via the lower rollers clockwise rotation.
5.Push the “back” button to make the curved insulation board goes back via the lower rollers anticlockwise rotation.
6.Push the “stop” button to make the curved insulation board stop moving.
7.According to your technology, repeat the above procedures (2-6) till get the qualified cylinder or arc shape.
