(A)Principle of UF :

Ultrafiltration is a micro membrane sever technology,depending on the tangential fluid flow and pressure-driven filtration process with aparted particles. it makes different pressures as power,raw materials flowing in the membrane surface. Solvent and small solute in the raw materials penetrate from high-pressure to the low-pressure side,so the dissolved substances and smaller than aperture substances can not flow through membrane. And the permeated liquid called filtered liquid or permeated liquid. While the other substances will be intercepted by UF membrane,this called concentrated liquid. Concentrate liquid is the most thickness of left filtered liquid,so this process achieves the target of purification,separation and enrichment.

(B) Main separated substances of UF :

Colloid(Non-activated silicon,iron and alumium),bacteria,virus and potozoa other microorganisms,in 2000-50 Dalton molecular weight of macromolecules(Proteins,amino acids,enzymes and so on).

(C) The characteristics of UF:

2 .With lower pressure as driving power to separate particle according to the size of molecular weight. Such as the production of pure water and mineral water,reuse of industrial water.
