Principle & Structure
Mineral water treatment equipment makes use of membrane separation technology to remove rust, sediment, colloids, bacteria, viruses, organic molecules and other harmful substances, but remain some beneficial minerals to human body. It is composed of pre-treatment system, hollow fiber ultrafiltration (or nanofiltration ) system, and ozone or ultraviolet disinfection. Its modular structure is to reduce the footprint, transport and install on-site easily. Some parts of the system are made use of stainless steel Ocr18Ni9 (304), while the pipes are made by food-grade PVC-U or stainless steel. Main parts (membrane, pump, meter, etc.) are provided by the famous professional manufactures at home and abroad. Pre-treatment system is composed of raw water booster pump, multi-media filter, activated carbon filter precision filter and so on.
Characteristics
Quick installation, beautiful appearance, convenient operation and maintenance, large flow, recovery rate more than 95%, filter accuracy 0.1-0.001μm, good purification effect. Filter cartridge has a long life and can be cleaned automatically.
