Product Description
BDF water tank panel is a kind of compound material that interior is stainless steel material, exterior
is hot dip galvanized sheet material. The biggest advantage of BDF tank is that it can be used as underground
water tank. Underground water tank can be used in many engineering, deep buried depth, sometimes up
to 4 ~ 5 meters, ordinary water tank can't be buried so deeply in underground, because of overwhelming
of the underground soil pressure, and ground water tank is specially to solve this problem as the research
and development, able to withstand a lot of soil pressure, even after the buried soil and tank top reinforcement
processing can withstand the pressure of a small car. Now the rain water recycling system is inevitable to use
underground water tank, underground water tank in this field is still very popular.
BDF tank can also contain drinking water on the ground, because of its internal stainless steel fittings,
drinking water is completely harmless to the human body, BDF tank can be universal tank on the

Instructions
1.Please provide water tank’s size, position and diameter of pipe. Tank can matching supply.
2.When the provided pipe position is on the slab joint,we will adjust it and no change in pipe’s diameter.
3.Body load of water tank is base on the approved by structure design personnel.
4.When water testing, prevent the debris into box.
5.Regular cleaning
Assembling and check
1.There needs to Keep a maintenance channel which width no less than 700mm betwteen the
vertical wall and water tank, and between horizontal wall and water tank body no less than
500mm.
2.When construction, finish concrete foundation first, make sure all slab joints and the surrounding of the water tank is located on thesupport.
3.When finished assembled, turn off the The outlet pipe and a drain pipe first, then turn on theinlet pipe, as water as examine to fill with water, no leakage in 24 hours is qualified.

The water tank has one year s guarantee. If it breaks down, generally speaking, our technician will figure out
what the problem may be, according to client s feedback. Parts will be replaced for free if the problems are
caused by quality fault.

After shipment, we will send all original documents to you by DHL, including Packing List,
Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients.

For standard water tank less than 100m3, it would be 7-10 days; For non-standard water tank and customized water tank according to client s specific requirements,
