Characteristics
1. BDF panel combines the advantages of stainless steel panel and hot dip galvanized
panel, compared with the stainless steel tank in screw connection to reduce the cost, compared
with galvanized steel water tank to ensure the water quality.Not only that, the BDF plate also
has more excellent mechanical properties, higher strength, toughness is greater.
BDF tank receives the market consensus, gradually become an ideal storage solution, is
widely used for buried large tank.
2.Tank sealing using specially designed styling products sealing tape and the sealing tape is
nontoxic, water resistant and oxidation resistant sealing properties as well as good. Service
life of up to 50 years.
3. Health conditions are good. In contact with water, molded parts made of high quality
stainless steel plates.
4. High structural strength. Reinforced molded parts made of galvanized steel sheet forming.

Assembling and check
1.There needs to Keep a maintenance channel which width no less than 700mm betwteen the
vertical wall and water tank, and between horizontal wall and water tank body no less than
500mm.
2.When construction, finish concrete foundation first, make sure all slab joints and the surrounding
of the water tank is located on the support
3.When finished assembled, turn off the The outlet pipe and adrain pipe first, then turn on the inlet pipe,
as water as examine to fill with water, no leakage in 24 hours is qualified.
