Automatic weighing drum sieving machine for coke, real-time weighing cylinder sieve
The automatic weighing drum sieving machine HXYTS-1 is a patented product, with intellectual property. It is applicable for the sieving of coke, iron ore, pellets and other substances and integrates functions including automatic feeding, automatic sieving, real-time weighing, and automatic computing, fully satisfying the national standard GB/T2005.
The device carries a de-dusting interface, which makes the whole test process free of flying dust. Moreover, it is featured with adjustable inclination angle, free of feed blocking, easy utilization, and stable operation, bringing great convenience to the operators.

The size of the cylindrical sieve sieve, sieve size can be customized, to screen the various size of coke, ore type.
The feeds roll and sieve in the inclined drum sieve and branch out by size fraction (small to big) and finally drop into the container at the bottom. Five electronic scales, of different ranges, then start weighing the particles at real time. The independently developed PC software collects quality data of different fraction sizes. Later after data collecting, it computes the percentage, the coke proportion of different fraction sizes; the 50KG drum sample ration, and the 15KG ingredient thermal reaction ration, etc, automatically according to related national standard. In this way, the human factors brought by manual matching are avoided, making the test more correct and fair. In addition, it gains the quality of sieved different fraction sizes after drumming, calculates the losses, M25, and M10 indexes automatically, realizing functions including the test control, saving of test data, printing of test report and multi-condition multi-user combined inquiry, etc.
