Mechanical sieve shaker for sinter, before ISO tumbler automatic sieve shaker
Primary screen before ISO tumbler is a vibrating screen according to GB/T24531-2009 requirements of the development and production, it can replace manual operation, greatly reduce the labor intensity, and improve work efficiency.
Sieve control is to use automatic timing controller to control, to set the time, the screen will automatically stop.

Equipment is composed of the base, bracket, screen body, screen film, spring bracket, spring, feed mouth, electric machinery and transmission mechanism. The whole device can remove dust with the role of environmental protection, feed mouth and discharge mouth have a dust exhaust hood.
Two layers of screen film are contained in the screen body, tilting at a certain angle, vibrating with certain frequency and amplitude, make the sinter move downward along three inclined planes under the role of vibration, in order to achieve the goal of sieving. Primary screen before ISO tumbler has the same structure with that of Secondery screen before ISO tumbler, they are different only on screen hole specification, obliquity of screen plane, amplitude and amplitude etc.
