Product Description
This machine is mainly used for sieving and cleaning for corn, wheat, barley, sesame, sunflower seeds,etc. The screen mesh can be replaced as per different grain size. The cleaning rate could be 98%. It is the ideal machine for feeding farm which can separate the broken piece from the good soybeans and also can separate the mildew corn.
Working Principle
There are three screen decks of this machine. At first,the the front screen will sort out the dust and samilar impurities. Then the main fan will suck it out at last part. First screen deck is for the big impurities, second decks for cleaning grain, third decks is for broken grain and sand etc.
As per demand, there are two types of machine which one is only for cleaning and sieving. It can be outlet directly after sieving.
And another one is cleaning sieving machine with throwing device. After the grains finished cleaning, it will be casted out by Grain throwing device to realise sort out the stone and mildew grains. This machine also solves the question of feeding grains after screened. The grain granule can be thrown straight line shape, throwing distance can reach 6-8 meters, the machine without food conveyor belt can be directly run into the house of the rolls, it is also called "grain winnower"
Application Field
This new type grain winnowing machine is suitable for grains,corns,wheat,sorghums,millets,rapeseeds,sunflower seeds,beans and so on .It is widely applied in the livestock breeding, small farm, small feed producing company,grain and cooking oil processing factory,wind plant,chemical plant and pharmaceutical factory etc.
